Can I turn an accepted quote into a job?
Record the customer award, select the awarded parts and quantities, and review the handoff into Builder. Build the operations and instructions before releasing and scheduling the work.
Does ShopMind replace accounting software?
ShopMind focuses on quoting, job planning and shop-floor operations. Its subscription checkout bills your shop for ShopMind; it is not a full accounting or payroll system. Review your accounting and integration requirements separately.
How do I get started?
Online signup is available to US businesses. Choose a monthly plan, verify your email, create your account and review Stripe checkout. Access opens after payment is confirmed. Core starts at $100 per month plus applicable tax.
Which plans include Intelligence?
Professional includes 500 company Intelligence credits per month; Enterprise includes 1,500. Core has no Intelligence allowance. Credits are shared by the company, with no rollover or automatic overage charges.
Can I track programming work?
Include Programming in the job route, assign work and record job time. The recorded work stays connected to the job as it moves through the Shop Loop.
